The staff were excellent - very helpful, attentive to our needs, lots of TLC's during the our stay. Friendly, they all genuinely looked pleased to see you. Room was roomy light and airy. Beds comfortable and warm. Breakfast had a wide range food western and Chinese. Also it seemed to have a quiet area for eating breakfast. The views from the windows were great. Facilities what you would expect from a Ritz-Carlton hotel. Very clean hotel. It was a perfect hotel experience.

Everything was perfect. The price-quality ratio is excellent. The hotel is run by a very nice married couple. We were greeted and escorted by the hotel owner. The hotel is very clean. Gratitude to the hotel staff for their hospitality in the city Harbin. Definitely gonna book this hotel again in my next visit.

The staff were incredible, really friendly and accomodating. They helped us navigate the Chinese mobile apps like Ali Pay and WeChat, and just went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. The children's playroom was AMAZING, and all hotels everywhere should have one like this!
