He's incredibly nice and helpful in purchasing our national park tickets, planned our itineraries, arranged all our transportation, cooked breakfast and dinner for us, and ensuring everything went smoothly. We really enjoyed our stay at Mountainside Guesthouse and highly recommend it for your visit. That was our first trip to China, and our family had a wonderful and memorable time in Zhangjiajie.

The accommodation offers a hot tub. The people, facilities, location. They have been extremely helpful and accommodating. Guided us and booked book the tours for us, we paid later during our checkout. Also there was some miscommunication about booking one of the tours and they absorbed the cancelation fee and rebooked it with new schedule - we really appreciated it. We highly recommend this.

It’s such a great location. It’s close to the Main Street where there’s lots of food options and shopping. It’s right by the river walk which is so nice. It’s a 15min walk to zhangjiajie national park entrance! Lastly, the staff here are absolutely fantastic. She customized our stay by recommending an itinerary on our arrival based on our duration of stay. Very thorough and helpful. Would highly recommend this place!

He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

My stay at Guan Yun Shan Ju was an absolutely unforgettable experience. Tucked away in the serene mountains, this lodge truly lives up to its name "Cloud-Gazing." Waking up to a sea of clouds right outside our window was nothing short of magical. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a tasteful blend of modern comfort and traditional charm. The wooden beams and soft lighting created a very cozy atmosphere. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional; they were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was another highlight! We enjoyed delicious, locally-sourced meals that were both fresh and flavorful. Sitting on the terrace, sipping tea, and watching the clouds roll by was the perfect way to unwind. It's an ideal retreat for anyone looking to disconnect from the city's hustle and bustle and reconnect with nature. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be returning.

It's more than just a place to sleep; it's a truly authentic and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and personal touch away from standard hotels. We can't wait to come back!
