Literalmente amamos nuestra estadía aquí, fue muy corto el tiempo nos queríamos quedar más tiempo por su increíble hospitalidad, la habitación acogedora y perfecta, el desayuno delicioso, y sabores muy tradicionales. La manager muy atenta y servicial, nos llevó a ver tienditas en la noche y curo la rodilla de mi esposo con medicina ancestral china; y por último kang la recepcionista fue demasiado linda y su atención al cliente maravillosa. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y felices. Volvería siempre. 100% recomendado!!!

A very beautiful little Hotel right next to the Park Entrance. Perfect place to start your Hikes. The host Anthony is English speaking and very welcoming, he helped us to book tickets and recommended suitable routes through the park and took the time to chat with us every night over a beer or two and telling us about Zhangjiajie. The Rooms are large and newly decorated, everything from Beds to Bathrooms are brand new. There are several restaurants along the road in short walking distance. I can't think of a better place to stay if you want to visit Wulingyuan. Great Value. Highly recommended.

The location is perfect, only 5-10min from the airport with taxi. The staff super helpful, the first day they help us to buy the tickets to Tian men shang and the avatars mountain. They also explain us the best rout to visit these places, this help us a lot with our schedule. Also they upgrade our room for free.

El No.5 Valley Inn se encuentra rodeado de zonas verdes, a 2 km de la puerta oeste (taquilla de Yangjiajie) del parque forestal nacional de Zhangjiajie. This place is a gem. Rain and his colleague were extremely helpful and both spoke excellent English. Beautiful spacious rooms. Great food for breakfast and dinner. A fun little bar with karaoke for after dinner. Warm infinity pool to soak the bones after a long day out in the park. It is a few minutes drive from the West gate. They drop you off and pick you up for free whenever you want. Service in general outstanding. Sad to leave

The hosts went above and beyond: they prepared herbal foot baths after long hiking days, customized a vegetarian breakfast with local wild vegetable dumplings, and even arranged a private bilingual guide who revealed hidden viewpoints ahead of tourist crowds. The room seamlessly blended traditional Tusheng architecture with modern comforts (think heated floors and rainfall showers). What truly stood out was the proactive service—they contacted us pre-arrival to coordinate luggage storage and secured park tickets during peak season. If you seek authenticity over luxury, this family-run gem delivers soul-stirring moments you won’t find at chain hotels.

The Grand Fenghuang Reserve-Free pick-up se encuentra en Fenghuang y dispone de bar, casino y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. Absolutely top-notch service! Spotlessly clean. Free airport pick-up was a huge plus - they even arranged a complimentary car to take us to the river, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of choice. Staff were incredibly helpful and always had smiling faces. Perfect for a relaxing few days away. Highly recommend.
