Estamos muy contentos y agradecidos con nuestra estadía en Sanhe resort, destaca la buena atención, las piezas amplias y modernas, la limpieza, la ubicación, taxi gratis al parque e incluso dentro de lugares cercanos al hotel. El mejor hotel de nuestro viaje por el país, volveríamos sin duda y lo recomendaremos a nuestros amigos. Desde que hicimos la reserva, Lily nos ayudó con todo para los tickets y proporcionó información a todas nuestras preguntas. Incluso nos ayudó a gestionar el taxi desde el aeropuerto. Luego una vez que llegamos al hotel, la atención en recepción fue excepcional. Atentos a todas nuestras necesidades, nos brindaron ayuda en todo momento. El último día teníamos vuelo tarde y nos facilitaron una ducha para poder refrescarnos luego de pasear por el parque y también compartieron snacks. La pieza muy amplia, la cama y almohadas cómodas, la presión del agua de la ducha buenísima y una linda vista. El shampoo y acondicionador muy buenos también. Había una tetera para servirse té y café en la pieza, lo cual fue muy útil. Muy cerca del parque nacional Zhangjiajie, y también a buena distancia en taxi al gran cañón y la montaña Tianmen. El check out a las 12 también fue algo que agradecemos mucho.

A very beautiful little Hotel right next to the Park Entrance. Perfect place to start your Hikes. The host Anthony is English speaking and very welcoming, he helped us to book tickets and recommended suitable routes through the park and took the time to chat with us every night over a beer or two and telling us about Zhangjiajie. The Rooms are large and newly decorated, everything from Beds to Bathrooms are brand new. There are several restaurants along the road in short walking distance. I can't think of a better place to stay if you want to visit Wulingyuan. Great Value. Highly recommended.

Muy buena atencion. Unas vistas impresionantes y una habitacion muy autentica. Destacar el desayuno que era muy completo y riquisimo.

Zhangjiajie Su Xin Resort Near Tianmen Shan & Hehua airport-Free pick up se encuentra en Zhangjiajie, a 29 km de Parque forestal nacional de Zhangjiajie, y ofrece alojamiento con piscina de temporada... Helpful staff. The people were so kind and helpful. We asked so many questions about different activities and getting to places and they always gave detailed information. We were given two separate rooms because there was a problem with what we booked and they let us check in very early with no hassle. Very close to Tianmen mountain Line A entrance and 72 wonder towers!

El No.5 Valley Inn se encuentra rodeado de zonas verdes, a 2 km de la puerta oeste (taquilla de Yangjiajie) del parque forestal nacional de Zhangjiajie. We had a truly relaxing and wonderful holiday at this cozy and beautiful resort! It’s tucked away in a quiet area, yet conveniently close to the west gate of the national forest park. The staff were incredibly hospitable and kind. They offered us helpful tourist information, taxi services and assisted with our luggage. The ladies in the kitchen prepared authentic and delicious local dishes—some of which were made with fresh vegetables they picked straight from their own garden! One of the things we appreciated most was the resort’s location. It allows you to explore the park against the main tourist flow. Most visitors stay near the east, north, or south gates, and most tours begin from either the south or east. Staying near the west gate gave us a more peaceful and unique experience of Zhangjiajie. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a more tranquil way to enjoy the park!

FengHuang Waterloom Keep-Free pick-up se encuentra en Fenghuang y dispone de bar, casino y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. Absolutely top-notch service! Spotlessly clean. Free airport pick-up was a huge plus - they even arranged a complimentary car to take us to the river, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of choice. Staff were incredibly helpful and always had smiling faces. Perfect for a relaxing few days away. Highly recommend.

Zhangjiajie Waterfront Huajian & Tianmen National Forest Park Store tiene jardín, salón de uso común, terraza y restaurante en Zhangjiajie. The hotel manager was absolutely wonderful and helped us a lot during our stay. She even went the extra mile by buying our tickets to the parks for us and giving us very useful tourist advice and recommendations. She was always kind, attentive, and genuinely sweet — her warm attitude really made us feel at home. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is convenient, the atmosphere is cozy, and we felt very well taken care of. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and a personal touch.
