Estamos muy contentos y agradecidos con nuestra estadía en Sanhe resort, destaca la buena atención, las piezas amplias y modernas, la limpieza, la ubicación, taxi gratis al parque e incluso dentro de lugares cercanos al hotel. El mejor hotel de nuestro viaje por el país, volveríamos sin duda y lo recomendaremos a nuestros amigos. Desde que hicimos la reserva, Lily nos ayudó con todo para los tickets y proporcionó información a todas nuestras preguntas. Incluso nos ayudó a gestionar el taxi desde el aeropuerto. Luego una vez que llegamos al hotel, la atención en recepción fue excepcional. Atentos a todas nuestras necesidades, nos brindaron ayuda en todo momento. El último día teníamos vuelo tarde y nos facilitaron una ducha para poder refrescarnos luego de pasear por el parque y también compartieron snacks. La pieza muy amplia, la cama y almohadas cómodas, la presión del agua de la ducha buenísima y una linda vista. El shampoo y acondicionador muy buenos también. Había una tetera para servirse té y café en la pieza, lo cual fue muy útil. Muy cerca del parque nacional Zhangjiajie, y también a buena distancia en taxi al gran cañón y la montaña Tianmen. El check out a las 12 también fue algo que agradecemos mucho.

We were very well received by the couple who run the hotel. They picked us up and took us to the airport and to the station to Tiamen. They changed our room to a larger one, washed our clothes on the last day, and helped us with all our tours and itineraries, always serving us very patiently and at no additional cost. The breakfast was very well prepared, with fruits, toast and eggs and Chinese noodles. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, with very good towels and bedding, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the shower was great with plenty of water. The room also had a hair dryer and all the necessary amenities, including insect repellent. We highly recommend this hotel, especially because treatment like this family is impossible to have in a hotel chain. Rating 10 out of 10.

It’s such a great location. It’s close to the Main Street where there’s lots of food options and shopping. It’s right by the river walk which is so nice. It’s a 15min walk to zhangjiajie national park entrance! Lastly, the staff here are absolutely fantastic. She customized our stay by recommending an itinerary on our arrival based on our duration of stay. Very thorough and helpful. Would highly recommend this place!

El No.5 Valley Inn se encuentra rodeado de zonas verdes, a 2 km de la puerta oeste (taquilla de Yangjiajie) del parque forestal nacional de Zhangjiajie. Wonderful facilities with lots of character and great views. Frankie and the whole staff really went out of their way to help us plan our local activities in the national park and the restaurant makes amazing dinner and breakfast. Was also very quiet, which we appreciated after lots of time in various cities. Would absolutely stay again :)

Huating, a homestay located near the South Gate Ticket Office of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, is very beautiful and situated right by the roadside, making it easy to find. They have a professional English-speaking customer service team that assists with communication, and it was very convenient to contact them via WhatsApp. They answered many of my questions about Zhangjiajie. A driver and car were arranged to pick us up from the high-speed rail station, and they also provided complimentary rides to the ticket office—even though it was just a few minutes' walk. When we stayed in the city, they also helped arrange bus transportation. It was truly a great experience. Thank you, Zhangjiajie. Thank you, Huating.

No tourist buses, no crowds — just pure tranquility after a day of exploring. Getting around is a breeze with affordable local taxis, so you can easily see all the sights without stress. The location is perfect and right in the center, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions and shopping areas. A special thank you to one staff member in particular, David. He was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. It's clear he takes great pride in he work and cares about the guests. He is a true asset to your team!
