The food choices at breakfast were excellent and we ate one delicious evening meal here. The staff were lovely and so helpful. They found out it was my birthday when I was staying and delivered a gift and cake to the room.

I had an amazing experience at Voco, the staff was lovely, the room had al the amenities and the buffet breakfast has literally everything you could wish to eat, including Xi’an specialties. Cold noodles with sesame sauce, jian bing my personal favourite. I celebrated my workshop during my stay and the lovey staff made sure I got a birthday cake and gifted a big souvenir.

Shangri-La Hotel Xi'an located in the prestigious financial and shopping mall center in Xian. The property is a 5-minute walk to shopping streets. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel was clean. Nothing to complain about.

Location of hotel is a short walk to the nearest metro station, where one could easily ride a few stops to the main tourist attraction. The area near the hotel have two big malls, with many food options available.
