All guest can use a swimming pool(both indoor and outdoor) and gym located in Ritz-Carlton for free. Friendly staff and good location are things to be chosen to stay. The rooms are spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. Breakfasts were excellent - delicious, varied, and nicely presented. The relaxation area with the pool and jacuzzi was an absolute highlight and the perfect place to unwind. Thank you for the warm hospitality and wonderful atmosphere. I rarely write hotel reviews, but the Radisson Collection Shanghai truly deserves one. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs and were unfailingly kind and helpful throughout our stay. From the front desk to the bellboys, the housekeeping team, and the swimming pool and gym staff, every single person made us feel welcome. I don’t know who the General Manager is, but it’s clear they’re doing an outstanding job leading this team.
