Staying at the Ritz while visiting Chengdu was probably the best hotel decision we could have taken. It is well known that this hotel has impeccable service, great locations and offers a luxury experience and we were not disappointed. All the staff member spoke very good English. We were very nicely greeted and the staff was very friendly, open and talkative. The breakfast has a big variety of western and chinese cuisine. The Ritz is right at the center of Chengdu which made getting to different places easy. The room was spacious and very comfortable even for three people in one room. After we checked out we found out our flight was canceled and one staff member sat down with us and helped us sort everything out. As non Chinese speakers we relied on help and she called the airline for us and explained to us, what has happened. We would definitely recommend this hotel! A special thanks to Ankita, Kiki and TT who made our stay in Chengdu even more memorable.

Great experience, the hotel arranged free shuttle service to the scenic spot, and it was very convenient for the hotel to order food, which helped me a lot. Great hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, hotel is very quiet. Location is convenient for seeing sights in Chengdu.

Cozy, clean, full of character at Qingcheng hegu haven. Traditional decor works well, and staff tips were helpful. Hot springs were enjoyable—only feedback: a bigger pool would be better for laps.​

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the staff are very attentive and thoughtful. Its location right next to the subway station makes transportation extremely convenient. We had an unforgettable time staying here with a friend! The owners were very nice and helpful, they took us anywhere we went by car and picked us up, told a lot about the place and helped with everything we needed. They even have beautiful Chinese clothes to try on! The breakfast, tea, sweets - everything is served in a traditional style and is very good. We always had fruit and some small things to eat. The hotel itself is not far from the station, there is a big supermarket near and a lot of restaurants to eat. The room is very beautiful, spacious and clean, with a bathtub on the balcony. There is also a terrace on the roof facing the mountains, with tables and a small pool. A perfect comfortable place to enjoy nature and traditional Chinese atmosphere! Thank you for your warm welcome, we will definitely come again!
