Offering an outdoor pool and an indoor pool, 8 minutes' walk from Taikoo Li and IFS Shopping Mall, The St. Regis Chengdu is located in Chengdu. Believe it or not, even though I didn’t really enjoy the city of Chengdu, this hotel completely made my stay worthwhile. It is a high-quality hotel with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a beautiful bathroom. While the view wasn’t particularly impressive, the room provided everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and great taste. What impressed me the most, how's, was the staff. They were extremely kind and accommodating, even allowing us a complimentary three-hour late check-out when they realized we needed extra time. This hotel truly saved our trip, turning what could have been a disappointing city visit into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

The staff we're very friendly. They organised taxis and excursions to the national park for us in advance, via WeChat. As English speakers with limited Chinese it was not a problem. The hotel and garden itself was beautiful. Room was beautiful with great air-conditioning (useful for Scottish folks not used to the heat).

What a good find. This boutique guesthouse at hegu haven checks most boxes: spotlessly clean rooms with comfy bedding, a serene garden for morning tea, and a restaurant with delicious local dishes. A small suggestion: adding more Western options would suit international guests better. The healing activities (listed in English!) like meditation were pleasant. Location-wise, it’s convenient—easy taxis, parking, close to temples and pandas. The only tiny wish? The pool could be a bit larger, but it didn’t take away from our nice stay. We’d likely return.​

Poetlake hotel-LuguLake Lijiang tiene bicicletas gratis, jardín, zona de playa privada y salón de uso común en Zuosuo. It was very comfortable to stay in this hotel. The hotel also helped us arrange a driver from Lijiang to Lugu Lake, and told us that it would be cheaper to take a bus. The breakfast made by the boss was also very rich. It was a very pleasant vacation for me.

The room was warm, elegantly decorated, and incredibly cozy. The moment I opened the window, I was greeted with a stunning panoramic view — absolutely breathtaking. The service was top-notch, attentive and considerate in every detail. From check-in to recommending local attractions and travel routes, everything was handled professionally and with great care. I had initially thought that a hotel of this standard would be pricey, but the cost-performance ratio here was beyond my expectations. In other places, a similar hotel would easily cost more than I expected, but here I was able to enjoy the same luxury and comfort at a very reasonable price. It was truly worth every penny! This trip completely fulfilled my vision of a perfect vacation — beautiful scenery, comfortable stay, great service, and excellent value. I’m already looking forward to coming back again!
