From the moment we arrived, Lucila and her family welcomed us with warmth and care that made us feel like we were part of their home. Their kindness and attentiveness are unmatched – they truly go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels special. The property itself is stunning. The rustic yet elegant design perfectly complements the natural beauty of the desert. The pools (yes, plural!) are an oasis of relaxation, and floating in the cool water while surrounded by endless desert landscapes is an experience I’ll never forget. This is the perfect spot to disconnect from the chaos of everyday life. No distractions, just peace, tranquility, and the magic of the desert. The attention to detail, from the pristine cleanliness of the rooms to the thoughtful amenities, speaks volumes about the love and care Lucila and her family pour into this place. If you’re looking for a unique, soul-soothing getaway with a touch of magic, Estrella Casa del Angel is it. The room we had (the ecolodge) was one of the best rooms we ever had - anywhere in the world - after 30 years of travelling. Cute, quirky, beautiful, large (it is three rooms in one, including a large living room), comfortable and super nice. And it has a terrace where you can see the humming birds come to find their flowers - really close. Great staff as well.

The location close to the town. The peace and quiet. And the staff. Rafael was always ready to help with a positive attitude. Newton and Carmen the administrators were very friendly and helpful.
