It's worth mentioning the warm welcome we received, and I want to extend my personal appreciation to Mario at the front desk. Having visited previously as a couple, this time around, with our family, Mario went above and beyond by personally guiding us to the kids' club and highlighting various sports activities to keep our children entertained. Maria at the kids' club was exceptionally attentive and helpful, ensuring our children had a great time. The bar staff and bellmen were equally wonderful, with the bellmen even assisting us in finding a suitable cap for a group of five. Breakfast was consistently delightful, maintaining the high standard we've come to expect. The only minor area for improvement was the temperature of the indoor pool water, which we found to be a bit too cold for our liking. Overall, we are immensely grateful for the tranquil and enjoyable stay we had. We look forward to returning in the future, thanks to the excellent service and warm hospitality.

The staff went above and beyond, they were so friendly and helpful. The room was super cute and the breakfast was a nice selection. The location is good in the small town of Vouni and there are a few wineries nearby.
