It's a great hotel, probably the best in the region, and deserves 5-star status thanks to its management and staff. Excellent breakfasts and dinners, with a wide range of dishes. Very good spa, great view. The ski hire is impeccable. The difference between quality and price is in line with expectations. I wish to keep moving forward.

Beautiful, modern and clean room and friendly staffs. We stayed 2 nights to celebrate our anniversary and they prepared us a nice and romantic room. The breakfast was super good. Highly recommended

The hotel is absolutely great. I have enjoyed my stay there and will for sure come back. I liked the fact that even if the weather is not perfect for a walk you can spend your day at the hotel SPA area were saunas and pool are amazing. It is very spacious. Highly recommended ! Especially if you like hiking.

We had a apartment on 4th floor with wonderful view of the mountains. It was very clean, comfortable bed,quiet area,on the other side of the building there is a beautiful lake. I reccomend Monte Mory cafe.it is 10 minutes away from the hotel on foot. They serve delicious coffee, tea and cake for good price. It is located on the hill with wonderfull view.

The location is perfect, you can enjoy the best view of castle at any time from window of your room or bar or restaurant. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The last thing but most importantly is the restaurant, in my opinion it is one of the best in Romania, you have to not miss it.

Everything was as described. Self check in and check out. Underground parking place. The apartment was fully equipped. The beds are very comfortable. I didn't have enough time to spend in SPA. The surroundings are beautiful. A place worthy to stay.

Great place to chill in at winter, all possible wellness facilities including outdoor jacuzzi under the snowfall :) Stuff is friendly, meals and deserts very testy and of a great variety, rooms of a decent size, hotel is new itself so everything works as a clockwork. Many families with the small kids and toddlers, hotel is a family hotel indeed. Drive carefully, roads via mountains can be tricky.
