Situated 300 metres from the Harrachov Ski Resort with night skiing and a 15-minute walk from the town centre, Pytloun Wellness Hotel Harrachov features a restaurant with a summer terrace, serving... Literally, everything was perfect! Accommodation was beautiful and had an amazing view. Staff were all super nice and friendly, breakfast and dinner were delicious. And we even got a later checkout free of charge from the manager, so truly appreciated.

The beds are very comfortable, and overall the house is very well equipped. Around the house you're surrounded by a green scenario, and you can hear the cows far away. Definitely recommend this place and hope to come back one day.

They were all so nice, helpful, friendly and willing to help if needed. The apartment was spotless on arrival. Loads of space for 2 people, and definitely enough space for more if your party is bigger. Beds were really comfortable too. The sauna and jacuzzi were really nice, the bar was great. Nice selection of drinks and good to relax in. Also for non winter months, this is close to loads of hiking trails which was exactly what I was after!

Elizabeth, the front desk manager, stood out with her helpfulness, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The dining experience was particularly remarkable, thanks to Michael and Josef, who looked after us during breakfast and dinner with exceptional care and attentiveness. Their service greatly enhanced our meals, making each dining experience enjoyable. The culinary delights, prepared by kitchen staff Tonda and Nikola, were absolutely delicious. I made it a point to try everything on the menu, and each dish was a culinary masterpiece that added to the overall excellence of my stay. The ambiance of the hotel is one of warmth and genuine care. It’s evident that the staff doesn’t just perform their duties out of obligation; they truly care about the guests' experience. The housekeeping, maintenance, and all other staff members were incredibly friendly and visibly passionate about their work. Their happiness and willingness to assist at any time added a special touch to my stay, making it evident that they aim to leave a lasting impression on their guests, not because they are instructed to, but from the heart. The furniture jacuzzi balcony self catering facilities and many extra details you won't found anywhere else is what make this place the best place to stay in our week stay experience for sure🥰we are extremely happy we chose Sky one and will be definitely returning on our next trip to Europe. We are definitely highly recommended to visit and book holiday at Sky one😊

Super, elegant place, very comfortable apartment with balcony. Everything new and fresh, warm and clean. Horses underneath don't bother, it's even wonderful to look at them at the paddoc. Convinient stay, nice breakfast, good beer in Pivnice which belongs to the hotel complex. I recommend the place😁
