Yvonne and Santiago were very helpful and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble. We loved the Ecuadorean theme of the hotel, the room was spacious and the beds and pillows comfortable. The chefs was superb, the breakfast was delicious and varied and they put so much attention to detail in the preparation and presentation of every meal, a great way to introduce us to Ecuadorean cuisine. I enjoyed using the spa bath. They were happy to store our bags and provided us with a room safe. We enjoyed the complimentary tea, coffee and fruit. Chakana Mariscal made a great base for exploring Quito.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Quito! The place was spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated — perfect for a comfortable stay in the city. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and main attractions. The staff were always ready to support every request, from arranging transportation to offering great local tips. On our last day, we had to leave very early in the morning, and they thoughtfully prepared croissants and pain au chocolat for us before our departure — such a kind and personal touch! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Quito.
