Fantastic staff who did their best on every step to check on our big family and make sure each and every one of them is comfortable and happy. The room was spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. Beds are comfortable. There is variety of amenities to use, all the bars and restaurant serve very nice food. In general the atmosphere was brilliant, thank you so much for all the hardworking people from gardeners, to bikes maintenance, restaurant staff, housekeeping, lifeguards, reception, management - all of you made us feel taken care of and welcomed! Special thanks to Mr. Haitham from management, we will definitely come back the next holiday.

The à la carte restaurants are exceptional, and the buffet is delicious—my fiancé and I had such a hard time deciding where to eat because everything was so good. Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff and by Mr. Hanna, who kindly gave us a tour to make everything smoother. The hotel itself is stunning and offers everything for a relaxing holiday, from great buffet food to several restaurants. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Mustapha at Leo’s Bar, Alae at Vanilla, and Alex & Ibrahim at the American Bar all went above and beyond with their outstanding service. Thanks to them, every moment felt special <3 We also enjoyed the spa, and contrary to some reviews, it was a wonderful experience. A special thanks to Amani for her excellent care.

All accommodation at Amarina Abu Soma Resort & Aquapark is air-conditioned and features a warm décor. Each room and suite includes a minibar, a satellite TV and an en suite bathroom with free toiletries. All rooms feature a balcony or terrace overlooking the sea and pool. Everything was 10/10 I have travelled to a number of places and stayed in luxury hotels but this hotel definitely is up there! Extremely happy with everything! Staff were helpful, extremely accommodating and helpful Especially Rahim who was in contact with me all the stay even after his working hours . Best food we have had at an all inclusive resort, all the meals are well curated.

You can also access the gym, the tennis court and the games room for free. The suite was spacious and luxurious with a private pool and stunning sea view. The service was excellent – a huge thanks to our butler Hussein who was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more special.
