The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and luxurious with a comfortable room right in front of the pool. The food was varied and delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The staff made our stay truly special – Reception Manager Mr. Haitham was very nice and helpful, the pool staff (Arafat, Arafat, Mahmoud Kamal, and Osama) were amazing and always attentive, and Mr. Yousef from housekeeping was professional, kind, and such a good person. Salama from the restaurant was also very friendly and welcoming.

Food was great, so many options, very tasty and good quality. The staff were amazingly helpful. I had a head cold and they were super caring and supportive. The daily entertainment was so much fun.

In addition, Serenity Alma has 4 large bars either in the lobby or at the swimming pools with aqua park view. Hotel facilities are very good. Amusement rides, Aqua park, pools, restaruants are amazing. All the staff are kind, smiley and warm. Manager Ahmed Moneam and front desk manager took care of us every time. They make you feel you are special. Foods are various and very delicious. Our holiday was like a dream. We are lloking forward to come again.

Accommodations features spacious layouts, rich furnishings with air condition, flat screen satellite TV, bath or shower, private bathroom, minibar and many services and amenities with high standards of luxurious. The hotel was everything we wanted for our stay. What surprised us the most was the cleanlines of everything, not just the rooms. It shows age of the structure but everyrhing is well taken care of and not at all in bad shape. We stayed in the swim up suite and I can't recommend it highly enough. The adult only areas of the hotel are a godsend, we stuck to those as they were less crowded and less noisy. The teppanyaki and the egyptian restaurants were really good to eat at. The staff was also very nice to everyone When we requested a late check-out they gave it to us free of charge. The service in the a-la-carte and the pool restaurant was exceptional I have to say. All in all a great stay and we would visit again sometime.

The food is delicious and diverse, the hotel is extremely clean, and the staff is very kind, respectful, and honest. My wife dropped a gold necklace in the private swimming pool of the water park, but the lifeguard named Mohammed insisted on searching for the necklace until he found it and returned it to us. We had also forgotten some of our personal belongings in the room, and before we left the hotel, the housekeeping staff contacted us and delivered all our belongings to us intact. The evening entertainment activities are varied and fantastic, and the sports activities are excellent, most of which are free.
