The staff are very nice, very friendly and the best customer service ever! They always smile and ask if we need anything. All inclusive food and drink at the hotel is super nice especially by the pool. Food is super! If you get sick, do not worry, the hotel provides medical care as well.

Absolutely everything was beyond expectations. The facilities are amazing but the services ranging from restaurants, spa, check in desk, concierge, cleaning, bar etc are next level.

All accommodation at Amarina Abu Soma Resort & Aquapark is air-conditioned and features a warm décor. Each room and suite includes a minibar, a satellite TV and an en suite bathroom with free toiletries. All rooms feature a balcony or terrace overlooking the sea and pool. The hotel, beach, service, food - everything was amazing. We loved sandy beaches a lot, especially kids enjoyed it. People working there are also very attentive, Rahim from customer service was very helpful, the staff working in restaurants, bars were very professional. I got sore throat from AC and thanks to Rahim And Amir in lobby bar who did a tea with lemon which made by Amir at the bar I got better soon. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Rahim , staff at reception, restaurants, chef of the restaurant at the beach, staff at the bars, beach, staff of car drivers etc. for making the trip so memorable. Diving and snorkelling facilities are provided for a fee. You can enjoy a sauna, hot tub or Turkish steam bath, or take a dip in the lagoon-shaped outdoor pool. You can also access the gym, the tennis court and the games room for free. Amazing hospitality and very good service. We had one incident which quickly got resolved and we had an even better experience in the end. The food is very fresh and really good we had no issues. The Turkish BBQ was phenomenal and the best we ever had.

Hurghada International Airport is 20 km from Bellagio Beach Resort & SPA. Hurghada’s city centre is just 15-minute drive away. the rooms, the food, the staff members, the beach, everything was perfect. We got more attention and more service which was too generous of the hotel which exceeded our expectation, the hotel is clean and we would definitely pick it again.
