Everything was wonderful – one of the best services I've experienced. Even European hotels could learn a lot about customer service from this hotel. A special thank you to Mostafa, who was my personal assistant and the manager of the front office. He is a true professional in business development and client relations. The hospitality at this hotel made me fall in love with Egypt all over again. The staff is attentive to every detail, and they made my birthday unforgettable. It's also a great hotel for children, with a beautiful lagoon in the sea and an aquapark. A big thank you to the animators – very well done and diverse. There's something for everyone. The cocktails and coffee were also of excellent quality, especially for Egypt. I will definitely be coming back, possibly even this year.

It was my first time in Egypt and I was traveling alone and despite this, I never felt alone! I came back with my heart full of joy and new Egyptian friends! I will definitely come back and I hope to do it very soon! Thanks for the shisha, the jabena, the tea but above all the company, the kindness, the quiet that you gave me and for making me see not only Marsa Alam, but the world, with different and enchanted eyes, which sparkled exactly like the stars in a perfect oriental night. Το JAZ Elite Maraya 5 αστέρων βρίσκεται στην πόλη Marsa Alam και προσφέρει θέα στην παραλία, εξωτερική πισίνα, κήπο και μπαρ. The hotel is amazing from all aspects, staff are helpful beyond measures, even the room service guy, Awad, he made sure we aren't missing anything. The food was very good, everything was tasty and brilliant. Everyone made sure we enjoyed our stay.

Το Pickalbatros Sea World Resort - Marsa Alam- "Aqua Park" έχει ιδιωτική παραλία, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge, μπαρ και γήπεδο τένις, στον προορισμό Αλ Κουσαΐρ. We had really good time in Sea World Resort. We enjoyed every minute of our holiday. Staff was very nice and smiled all the time. We also appreciate nice surprices from the hotel and late check out because our flight departed next day early morning . I have to highlight Marzena, she cared if everything is ok or can help us with something all the time.

Το Casa Mare Resort - ex, Royal Tulip Beach Resort βρίσκεται κοντά στο Port Ghalib, 42χλμ. από το Marsa Alam. Very nice place, very nice staff, especially the reception Mohamed Salah, Mohamed Salem, Hamid, and all the staff are amazing. The Food was amazing and the room had a direct sea view /thank you so much for this amazing holiday

Every single employee is ready to help any time. Special thanks to Mr. Wael Elsaie. Also thanks to Mr. Aziz at the reception. Sary from Room Service. The food was variable and delicious. Drinks and Snacks were excellent. The landscape and the facilities offer the possibility for the children to have fun, and for the adults to enjoy their time and relax. Our room was beachfront, which gives the possibility to enjoy a morning tea with a view of the Red sea. It was always clean, thanks to Sary, who also gave my children something to wonder about, everyday which shape would be formed of the towels. The coral rief of the hotel is viable, a lot of fish and interesting aquatic creatures.

Seemingly part of the natural environment between sandy mountains and deepest blue seas is the Mövenpick Resort El Quseir. Great place & awesome staff
