It'been a great and relaxing week at the Portofino resort in Marsa Alam. Staff are really nice and reception always available to help. The animation team is fun and engafing, with activities at all times. There are also many restaurants for all the tastes. Eventually, pools are great and sea is just wonderful with plenty of fishes!

A wonderful place, all the staff manage to make you feel good. It is more than just a vacation, it is an experience. Very good snorkeling area! Very,, very nice resort. Friendly staff, especially Moamen from receptiën. Very warm welcome, complete staff focusing on topclass service. High-end luxury resort in Egypt. Food, service, and relaxation extremely good even for European luxury standards.

Good food, friendly and nice staff, clean and nice rooms. Good facilities such as water slides and lots of restaurants to choose from.

The hotel is appealing and warmly designed. The staff is extremely friendly and very attentive. Already at check-in, you can feel that you are welcome. You don‘t have to stand at the reception to check in; instead you are invited to take a seat on the sofa and enjoy various fresh mad fruit juices. The check-in process is very pleasant and smooth. The staff is trying to fulfil all our needs. We also like the food. In this hotel you can really relax.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. I The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the room , we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the beach. It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset over the red sea from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is far away from crowd, it is literally a hidden gem Our stay at the hotel was for 9 nights , the nearby excursions are breath taking , we went safari, ref sea tours, Scuba diving ..etc limitless fun and sun ! He we had a memorable time together. All respect for Mr Hisham and Mr Waleed , the actimg managers who really went and beyond to ensure our stay is as memorable as it could be ! Goodmorning, We’re having a great time here, everything is absolutely stunning! Amazing beach and pool! The staff is kind and polite, food is delicious! It’s such a pity that tomorrow we have to leave… I’m going to write a nice review on trip advisor as soon as i’m back home and suggest my friends to come and visit this wonderful resort! Food was really tasty and the taste was really close to europe cuisine. The whole concept is really beautiful and well organized. Mr. Hamid front office employee was available for us 24/7 with really kind and proffesional approach. There was also Slovenian speaking Ms. Laura, she was amazing, helpful and available for us 24/7. I was In more than 100 hotels already and Casa Mare Resort is one of those hotels which I would definitely recommend.

Most employees were really so kind and polite. I liked that they respond on every problem you have and try to resolve it. One big compliment to all the gardeners, the surroundings are really beautiful and clean. Outdoor shopping center - especially 2 shops (one with suvenirs and one with everything - if you leave the beach, the first and second shop on the left from the passage/underpass) surprised us because they were not intrusive and we could look in peace and buy what we needed. The food was also okay, otherwise it is repetitive, but every day you find something to like-they don't have a lot of food for people with allergy or vegans. Good thing drinking water - in your room every day a new bottle and around resort gallons for refiling. Unlimited machine sodas and juices-bad thing they are so over sweeted. We liked the towel system for the pool or the beach - you can get fresh ones every day. Since we did not travel with an agency, we took the hotel transfer from the airport and back and we were very satisfied.

We loved every minute of our stay there, we even extended it! The hotel is stunning, the staff extremely friendly, the food really good in the buffet, many little personal touches. Anazing holidays. Would definitely recommend!
