The general service level was excellent, and we felt comfortable during our stay. There was a small mistake at the reception, but the hotel management followed up with very proactive customer service, which was truly impressive. Thanks to their professional after-service, my trust in the hotel has actually grown stronger. I would be happy to return on a future visit.
