Perfect central location, room was immaculate and large and the staff were excellent. Really helpful and informative of places to go and things to do.

Everything in the property is perfect really i liked everything, they also have a big menu for breakfast really classy place . Except for one thing happened in the breakfast room where the manger there started screaming on me that i sat in a place that i should pay for . I politely smiled and told her if i need to pay i will pay but it’s not a great idea is to start screaming in front of everyone I don’t it was a good stay i loved the hotel but it wasn’t appropriate.

Fantastic architecture and minimalistic, yet warm interior design. Sound-proofing works fairly well, and AC is very easy to control and exceptionally silent. Choice and quality of the food offered for breakfast and dinner is outstanding!

The à la carte restaurant at Tomir Portals Suites - Adults Only +(16) serves a selection of international cuisine. Guests can enjoy a drink by the pool, or in the lounge bar with live music some days a week. What I appreciated the most was the hospitality of the staff, especially the manager, Carmen.

Hotel Helios Mallorca includes an indoor swimming pool. Mini golf and table tennis facilities are also available, and the hotel provides entertainment every day. The reception staff was very friendly and were more than happy to help out with anything. The room was very comfortable, even though it's standard size. The balcony was a good-sized and had two chairs and a table. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The toilette and shower were good-sized, even though a glass wall in the shower was facing the beds. Not see through, but you could see the silhouette of the person showering. The was also a mini fridge and a small safe in the room. The breakfast was continental and had something for everyone - great! The staff was very service minded and friendly, making our stay comfortable. The pool area was really nice and clean. There was even a lifeguard on duty every day. The pool bar has drinks and snacks, like nachos, fries, sandwiches, etc. The staff at the bar was very service minded. There are towels you can borrow for free, but you have to put down a small deposit which you will get back.
