If you wanted papaya & it wasn’t at the buffet or if you wanted an omelette cooked specifically for you, you would ask the waiter/waitress to bring it to you.

Each bright, spacious room at NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding offers satellite TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a rain-effect shower. Some rooms also include access to the hotel's luxurious VIP area. Upgrading was easy due to the reception staff. Other features like late leaving etc were made easier than other hotels with the hotels subsequent email and website. The VIP breakfast room was really inviting and although we did not use it every day, one of the members of staff came over to us in the main room to get any additional order outside of that room. This completely unexpected and above what we felt was necessary. We were impressed. The breakfasts are really exceptional, with an excellent choice of fruit, asian, spanish, continental or full english items, healthy options, quesadillas, sandwiches, cold meats, cheeses, pancakes, omelettes and egg types at request, pancakes, various juices and staff also visit with juice shots which is a nice touch found in a few hotels nowadays. We have stayed in a few hotels in Madrid and this was the best so far. A good choice of drinks, sparkling wines, even fresh tomato juice and vodka should you want a bloody mary. The VIP area also provides a few signature features that is a nice touch and modified the eggs benedict for me to an eggs royale. The omelette my wife had was really great. I honestly wish I could have eaten more, but was full after a relatively normal amount of food. It was easy as well to eat healthy, or not, it is up to you. I think the coffee area in the VIP would benefit from a barista and commercial espresso machine vs a an automatic bean to cup machine, but that's probably asking a lot. I look forward to staying here again. No issues with wifi.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, consistently providing a high standard of service throughout my visit. The entire property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which contributed significantly to the overall comfort. The pool area was a highlight — beautifully kept and perfect for cooling off in the warm weather. Breakfast offered a wide variety of quality options, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality.

The owner explain very well, with photos and videos, earlier the arrival and was always available for any questions.

Located in the Centro district, the property provides guests with access to a hot tub. The apartment features family rooms. Studio 6 is absolutely lovely. Kitchen has everything you might (or might not) need from cutlery to hand mixer. Micellar water and cotton pads in the bathrooom were a nice touch. There is a quick manual for all the appliances which i very much appreciated. Everything was perfectly clean and stylish. I could only stay one night but hope to come back next time i'll be in Madrid.
