El Chateau esta muy bien cuidado, los ambientes y muebles preciosos. El lugar es increíblemente lindo. Comimos en el restaurant bistro muy bien atendidos y buena comida. Sin dudas volvería y lo recomendarìa. Además nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación. Muy confortable, espaciosa, buena cama, con mobiliario impecable. El baño muy lindo con buena ducha y buenas toallas. Todo de buena calidad. El personal fue muy eficiente y amable.

Everything was great, even better than the images. We had a complimentary champagne tasting that included the house champagne. The tasting was very informative, covering the brand's and the family's history, as well as the regional technology. ​The view was amazing, and we could prepare our own dinner at the property. Our breakfast was great, and the owner even brought me vegetables, which I really like for breakfast, even though they weren't part of the standard offering. We also received very helpful recommendations on what to see next. ​Overall, the experience felt truly exclusive. We felt like we had the whole house to ourselves, even though it was fully booked. It's just so well-organized, and everything is taken care of.

Large and very clean family room with everything we needed, beautiful old building, very friendly owners. Atmosphere authentic, family friendly. Our son loved the cat (so did I).

Mylène was superbly helpful in getting us settled, making activity and restaurant suggestions and being available as needed. The apartment was well equipeed and the snacks were very welcome. The sauna and jet tub were a welcome relief after a long journey and active days. The views from the many windows were beautiful.

Breakfast served in her beautiful garden room was delicious! Our visit was during the Christmas holidays and each morning we were greeted with a special series of holiday confections. She was able to get us a last minute reservation for dinner at a Michelin star restaurant. Nouria went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional!!!

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights to enjoy Epernay to the fullest. We were heartly welcomed by the owner and received information on the jacuzzi and some recommendations for good food and champagne. We went towards two of the recommendations and were really happy with the result, great food and champagne! All with all we really enjoyed the stay, the owners are very kind and dedicated to bring a great experience. We will definitly book this apartment again when visiting Epernay.
