We have large, attractive rooms which all have TVs, free Wifi, a hospitality tray including biscuits and water. Due to such low demand we are no longer serving breakfast at the hotel. Perfect location, very clean and staff were lovely

We did not use the spa, but the work out facilities were excellent.

Set in the iconic Grade II listed former railway headquarters, it has bedrooms that feature free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, bathrobes, slippers, Molton Brown toiletries and an evening turn down service. Everyone was very pleasant and we really appreciated an early check in. We loved our room — it was spacious, bright, quiet and there were 2 large twin beds spaced apart, as we requested. There was ample storage space and the bathroom was lovely. The location was wonderful.

HOT TUB I've stayed at The Charm a few times when visiting Brighton and have always had a great experience. Every member of staff is lovely and it's always warm and welcoming. It's very clean and the bed linen is really cosy, as well as brilliant shower pressure.. I can't remember his name but a special shout out to the Polish guy who checked us in - he was great.
