Lovely old hotel but what really made it “grand” was the staff. It is very well staffed so that there was ALWAYS someone to meet any need. Whether in the dining room or attending to our room, they could not do enough for us! And the breakfast was amazing!

Great location on beautiful beach. Very helpful staff. Great breakfast and evening meals. Some good restaurants nearby as well. There was a problem with suite we'd booked but they moved us immediately. Spacious suite with balcony and great view of beach. Close to airport and had chargers for ev hire car - although we didn't actually need to charge it.

Superb Gold Double Room, massive bed, plenty of pillows and spare blankets if needed. The housekeeping staff are courteous, friendly and do an immaculate job. There was plenty of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, sugar and water in the room, which were replenished daily. A good supply of toiletries and towels, bath robes and slippers also provided. The Christmas Day dinner was excellent - an amazing choice of courses all beautifully presented. Charming and attentive waiting staff.

The Michelin star restaurant is a must do. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Very good for singles. Location excellent.

The facility is great for family with children especially the pool and arcade room both have provided so much fun to my daughter. It's also only 10 min walk away from the centre of the town and 5 mins to a beautiful park (you can walk through the park to the town).
