We felt incredibly comfortable from the start. The interior is modern, clean and tastefully decorated – every detail has been planned for the comfort of our guests. The bed is very soft, and the kitchen has everything we need, which is ideal for a small family vacation. The location is brilliant – a 10-minute walk to the center, but still in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the mountains in the evening, which was our favorite moment. The host is incredibly warm and communicative – he helped us book a transfer, gave us advice on local restaurants and was always ready to help. We will definitely come back and I sincerely recommend it to anyone who wants cleanliness, comfort and sincere hospitality.

For three people it's quite small, but good value for the small budget

Has beautiful view and perfect location in new Batumi. 5 mins walk to the beach. Surrounded by many restaurants, cafes, clubs. However, its not noisy and you can sleep well and feel rested. I highly recommend this place and will stay there again!
