Tanto el seguimiento antes de llegar y también al estar dentro. La ubicación es muy buena, el desayuno en el bar de al lado no es ninguna maravilla pero te saca del paso.

We cannot thank Dior and her team enough for making my birthday unforgettable! We ordered breakfast into the room and on the morning of my birthday we got a Happy birthday and a muffin with a candle - soooo cute! The room itself was amazing, we enjoyed the steam room and the jacuzzi outside. In the morning I went out onto the terrace to enjoy the sunrise views and was welcomed by a neighbour’s cat, which made the morning even more cheerful. I highly recommend staying here, only a couple minutes away from the centre of Fira, and enjoy the welcoming touch of Dior and her team. Taxi service from the airport seems to be capped at 25€ so you’re better off getting a transfer booked by Dior in advance and not be in a situation (like us) where you’re walking around taxis asking for a price and they all give you the same quote. Ubers are non-existent on the island.

The place is in a very central location, walking distance from many touristic attractions and active places in the evening. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even managed to organize my check-in about 2 hours earlier after I contacted them in advance with the request. The room is also clean and nice.

Fabulous hotel in an excellent location on the waterfront. Very expensive, as you would expect, but a wonderful rooftop pool, and lots of restaurants within walking distance. First-rate valet parking (around €10 a day).
