The location is amazing and offers stunning views of the mountains and the valleys below. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. First and foremost - the staff was always very kind and attentive! We loved how kid-friendly Kinsterna is: the cool (and complimentary) activities they have to offer, the fact that they have kid-friendly cutlery ready for you, the family pool is perfect for kids of any age, the plush donkey our kid received as a gift, the playground, the indoor playroom, the animals onsite, a great kids menu, and of course how genuinely nice the staff was to our kid. The hotel itself is a beautiful property, with plenty of corners to enjoy at all times of day. The food at the pool and at both restaurants was amazing.
