The location is amazing, in a small town that sees very little tourism, at the foot of Attilan volcano and right on the lake. The grounds are gorgeous, with a lovely pool and fantastic organic garden and plenty of hammocks. The restaurant is fabulous, we loved everything we ate, from the well served breakfasts to tasty and fresh salads, soups and fish, with almost everything sourced in their own organic garden. The staff are all kind and helpful and very well trained (the waiters also double as guides for the hikes which is nice). There seems to be real pride in working here.

Accessed only by boat from Panajachel, the apartments at Atitlan Sunset Lodge Apartments come with a large seating area, plus a dining table and a private terrace with lake views. The private bathrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet. We loved to stay here and even extended our stay! The room and view is just stunning, spacious and very clean. The location not at lake is perfect and really quiet- and supernice staff!

The location, the facilities - my suite was so beautiful with a view that was unmatched they bed was super comfy, the staff - always so welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and will be back.
