It is a fantastic hotel. The room was amazing with a perfect sea view. There were lots of food for breakfast and dinner, too. The spa is perfect with saunas, relaxing room and heated pools. The staff were helpful and very kind. I really recommend this place!

Fantastic ! This Mediterranean 4 star stone villa stands for everything, which can be called a relaxing vacation. After starting my day with a workout in the private on-site gym, I enjoyed a tasty breakfast, and relaxed at the pool in the privat garden. Being located in heart of the old town offers a variety of lunch options just outside Casa Columba. Finally I spent the rest of the day at the beautiful nearby beach until the sunset. In the evening starting from 18:00 o’clock the ground floor and garden area of Casa Columba is turning into a cosy Wine & Cocktail Bar called the „Urban Garden“, also offering typical Dalmatian food plates. I can recommend booking a table at the „Urban Garden“, which is also open for external guests. Generally, it is a luxury and cosy place, with friendly staff.

Absolutely Exceptional – A Stay to Remember! We are still here at Hotel Ani in Makarska (leaving tomorrow), but I couldn’t wait to share how incredible this experience has been. From the moment we arrived, everything has been perfect — the room, the views, the food, the spa and privacy policy, the service… simply everything! The hotel itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully designed with comfort in mind. The pool area is peaceful and relaxing, and the breakfast is fresh, varied, and delicious. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, is the staff. Everyone has been kind, welcoming, and professional, but we would especially like to thank Marijana. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests go far beyond expectations. We are deeply grateful for everything she’s done to make our stay so special. If you're considering a stay in Makarska, don't think twice — Hotel Ani is a gem. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Exceptionally friendly and efficient staff, who helped make our girls' trip so wonderful. We all agreed we would have been happy to stay there again if we were travelling solo, because we knew the staff would look after us. Fab location on the beach with crystal clear water for swimming. The food in the restaurant was also excellent. We wandered along the promenade to try other places but the hotel restaurant surpassed all of them. The restaurant team were also more than willing to adapt to dietary requests (vegetarian, allergies etc.), and were amused by, but very accommodating of, our requests for things like "steak salad but without the steak" and "scallop risotto but without the scallops, please". My room and balcony were very generously sized, with a proper desk for working at, and plenty of towels and beach towels provided. Both the room and the restaurant were excellent value for money.

Location is fantastic. It’s quiet at night and not noisy during the day. The nearest beach is 1 min walk. City centre is 12 min walk but it was totally fine for us. It was made for owners and they equipped it with everything you need. It is a very cozy apartment with comfortable beds, good A/C and shower. Mattress was really good and made our sleep good. Kitchen amenities are great. Dishwasher, oven , electric coffee maker plus electric coffee machine. Even pillows were good. The terrace is awesome with mountain view and beach view as well. The pine tree branch comes in touch with terrace so you can touch it. Parking lot by the entrance to the building is a bonus. Totally satisfied and would come there again.

Exceptional property with full equipment in a newly constructed apartment building. Beautiful view from the terrace and from the bedroom. For those who arrive by car there is a great parking place in the garage. Nearest beach is only 15 minute walk away. I can only recommend ++++
