Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The location was ideal — close to major attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.

El Tokajer Wellness Panzió se encuentra a 650 metros del lago Balaton y a 10 minutos a pie de la playa. Great location, amazing villa with all what is needed for the stay. Room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed SPA/ wellness that is available on site . We were not in season, so outdoor pool was not yet available , but in summer time it would be truly a paradise . Host and lady on reception were amazing as well as a cat Cicerone that our son loved that much:-). We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was spotlessly clean. Even the spa and the bathrooms by the restaurant. The cleaning staff is exceptional. The variety and the quality of the food was amazing for a 4 star hotel. Great breakfast and very nice dinner with plenty of options, everything looked fresh and was tasty. Attentive, flexible and professional staff. The spa has a very good atmosphere, well-organized, smells amazing and the staff regularly checked temperature and cleaness. Warm pool and jacuzzi with a variety of saunas, plenty of sunbeds and massage service you can take advantage of. The rooms are spacious, comfortable bed and linen.

El Batthyány Kastélyszálló se encuentra al oeste de Heviz y del lago Balaton y cuenta con zona de spa y jardín con piscina. Cuenta con pista de tenis, parque infantil y restaurante. The property was beautiful, clean, and extremely well kept! Also, the staff was incredibly kind and professional. I loved this spot and will return in the future!
