I loved staying here and I'm sad it was only for one night. The establishment is super nice, clean and organized. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The bunk beds have plenty of space and are comfortable. The pool area is beautiful and the restaurant has amazing food.

Excelente hotel, muy buenas instalaciones, el bar the rock una belleza al atardecer, la playa buenísima, el after rock y el restaurante de la playa super recomendables! la persona que nos atendió en la playa (ketut Witiadi), nos dió el mejor servicio que uno puede recibir, una persona maravillosa que hizo que nuestra experiencia en el hotel fuera de otro nivel! Inclusive nos ayudó el día de nuestro check out, pues al llegar al aeropuerto para nuestro vuelo de las 9am nos dijeron que el vuelo tenia un retraso de 6 horas y Witiadi nos ayudó para que nos dejaran volver al hotel a nuestra habitación y poder disfrutar de este paraíso unas horas mas! Definitivamente no olvidaremos a Ketut Witiadi!!! Suksuma!!! Volveremos sin duda!!! Putu Ana y Made Carlos!!!

The room and the number of complementaries. They even made sung for me on my birthday and made me an eggless cake (since I had mention in passing that I had an egg allergy)

InterContinental Bali Resort, an IHG Hotel is situated along Jimbaran Bay, It features 6 pools and a fitness centre. Free WiFi is accessible in all areas. The room that we were given had a very strong smell of perfume in it and I was allergic to the smell so we couldn’t stay there, but the staff was extremely helpful and sweet. They changed our room and gave us an upgrade to their superior suite. A big thank you to the staff here! They are truly going above and beyond for their customer service.
