The pool was quiet and relaxing. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They were always very helpful. We arrived at the airport after midnight but they still arranged an airport pick up and let us check in. When we arrived they had a club sandwich for us incase we were hungry. We also went to the spa several times and found the massages were quality. We are most meals I. The restaurant or bar. The food was great so we only ate out a few times. Breakfast was a feast.

This was our first time in Bali and arrived at Ayana resort late at night. Our stay at Ayana Resort has been absolutely fantastic. The resort is beautiful (one of the best hotels I’ve ever visited - we’ve been to many 5 stars hotels), it has many restaurants and pools, and the staff is just so kind and helpful. We were a little scared to eat/drink but the place is clinical! No stomach ache and we could eat and drink whatever we wanted (raw fish/ice cubes/fresh fruit etc.). Last but not least, gym facilities were above our expectations.
