the staff it very nice... the place is ok.. this is the 1st time go ( for10yr) out in singapore and go holiday in batam Indonesia... I fell happy and relax.. the hotel is nice but have to do a lot of maintenance..

The room has very relaxing ambience, tho its not a new hotel, they maintained it well, bkfast has variaty of food, only a bit crowded over the weekends, aircond is very stable, bathtub is also big feels like Jacuzzi. My kids love it.

We love the vibes of the hotel.. Soothing relaxing music at lobby.. Staffs all were great.. Smooth check in and out.. Swimming pool was awesome.. Food ok not bad many varieties.. Should include more western like pancakes, waffles for guest to enjoy.. Room was spacious with balcony.. Can see and hear the azan from the mosque.. Aircon was cold.. Wifi at times lost connection but we are happy during our 3d2n stay.. Will come back again..
