Location is superb, just a minute walk distance from ferry terminal, 5 minutes by car to Nagoya Hill Mall and 30 minutes by car to Hang Nadim Airport. Atmosphere is great, staffs are responsive.

From the moment I reached Pasific Hotel the staff welcomed me with ondeh-ondeh kuih and a complimentary drink. The best thing was its efficient check-in/check-out process, which left me thoroughly impressed. No doubt, I got a total of 5-star experience at here, The luxurious accommodations, cruise surroundings, and attentive staff make it a perfect place for relaxation. Overall, I had a great experience from all the staff here very friendly, was accommodating, and the amenities were great. I booked a spacious suite, which was beautiful, and clean

everything was great about the villa, the owner is very nice and helpful, everything was very very great except the lady at receptionist and the rules that say we cant use the pool at night, which is when we came last year, its not a problem

The reception was very welcoming. Had upgrade to the executive room due to non availability of room of previous booking.

Everything about the hotel. It's not on the main road which creates a quiet environment.
Amenities are good. There's a bar. The breakfast has gotten much better
The location of the hotel was really nearby to the mall, and the room was spacious and clean. The staff is good and friendly, especially to technical staff whom solves our room wifi issue until resolved even it's taking times they're really making an effort to resolve it. Overall we are satisfied with our stay & definitely will repeat again.

The room has very relaxing ambience, tho its not a new hotel, they maintained it well, bkfast has variaty of food, only a bit crowded over the weekends, aircond is very stable, bathtub is also big feels like Jacuzzi. My kids love it.

Super quiet place. Spacious house where you can find everything for cooking, living, relaxing and playing different games like badminton, golf etc. Highly recommend renting a golf car, because it is too far from other hotels where we went to the restaurants, beach and swimming pool. Oliver was always in touch and helped us with transfer
