Although a bit crowded at some point but there were available seating on the 2nd floor of the restaurant. Also, we were allowed late check out at 6:00pm, free of charge, since our flight was scheduled at 1:00AM. That alone was customer service at its finest. Thank you Langham Jakarta!

I can't believe what happened to me as I was surprised by a gift of a toy from housekeeping for my son and a message indicating their happiness with my presence..I've been touched by the kind gesture. about the breakfast, you will never be confused.. as they have all kinds of food.. We can meet Indonesian National Team players at this hotel and got opportunities to direct interaction with them. The room was huge, clean, and comfortable especially for our big family (2 adult and 3 kids)

Each well-appointed room comes with a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower. Great location with true hospitality from check-in to check-out. The grand deluxe room was very specious and quiet with an incredible central view. Loved to end a hectic day by taking a bath in the free standing bathtub at the window front watching the busy traffic at Bundaran HI outside. The breakfast buffet was great & OKU served excellent Japanese food. Thanks to all the friendly staff to make my stay truly amazing.

Breakfast was good but the Stuff is unbelievable helpful and kind! When I go Jakarta again I know where to stay !
