The room was very spacious, the view from the room was amazing, you can sky the skyline of Jakarta from there and the windows were quite wide and open which made the view even better .. the staff is amazing and really helpful .. the SPA was amazing as well, the facilities are so new so we could enjoy everything

King room was very spacious, with excellent quality-of-life features like privacy glass for bathroom, separate controls for sheer and drape, etc. Service was world-class - with bilingual staff and excellent room service in food and make-up service. Especially appreciated the quick and amazing laundry service which cleaned up my partner's precious linen blouse. Big thank you for that. As a fan of the Art Deco style, this hotel was classy and beautifully decorated.

Este resort de 5 estrellas tiene wifi gratis, servicio de habitaciones y recepción 24 horas. it’s a new hotel and the amenities were great. we enjoyed lounging by the restaurant pool, the massage and our own private jacuzzi. any time we wanted something we approached the staff and they would make it happen. they were always friendly and professional. The hotel is extremely well run, only 10min walk from Borobudur temple complex. the food was high end, delicious and abundant. Vegetarian and vegan options exist and the staff is well trained in navigating this.

Located in a very strategic location. I love the breakfast. Plus, they also have sauna and jacuzzi there. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Surabaya!

El The Westin Jakarta ocupa las últimas 20 plantas del rascacielos Gama, de 304 metros de altura, y ofrece vistas panorámicas a la ciudad. The peace and cleanliness of the hotel was nice to come back to after the busy city. The rooms are well equipped and have a very comfortable large bed. Every staff member was very pleasant and smart with a warm smile. The dining area was very nice with a great selection for all tastes and nationallities. The staff show pride in their work and it really does make a difference. We cannot rate this hotel enough and if we were ever in Jakarta again, would definitely stay here. Keep up the good work!
