Incredible hotel with a very refined colonial decoration. The bronze Ganesh as well as the Sarasvati are beautiful. The spa is beautiful to receive quality Ayurvedic treatments. The restaurant "The spice route" is an enchanted parenthesis in terms of its completely hand-painted decor, and its cuisine is delicious. The staff is always extremely attentive. A great pleasure

I like the location, very close to the airport.
The room had a very generous mini bar and snacks.
The staff from the reception were really helpful. Both Prashant and Sheetal helped me with smooth check-in and check-out. They were always prepared to assist me and answer my questions.
I like the restaurant (kebab factory) both for the service and tasty food. I've been introduced to different authentic recipes.

Amazing staff, they looked after us, made us feel very safe and welcomed, hotel is gorgeous, like a Palace really. The staff answered all our questions and helped to make itinerary for the whole day. Amazing location just off the Main Bazar, this is real authentic Delhi - very busy and noisy street but a quiet and premium hotel. You won't be able to hear any noise from outside.
Bottled water available and lovely rooftop restaurant available. The manager and staff were all very helpful.
Lovely lounge area with recliner seats to relax in after a busy day.

Everything! The wine cellar is simply an awesome addition to the hotel. Wow! What an absolute delight. Loved it.
The spa, sauna, steam and jacuzzi were amazing. Also the pool and facilities. Perfect.
The staff were wonderfully polite, relaxed and helpful. Special mention to Sweta Singh and Ujjawal Bajaj who were super helpful when I had to leave early on my last day. Thank you so much.
