Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The level of service and the helpfulness of the staff were extraordinary from start to finish. A very special thanks goes to Rikita from the Lounge. She made us feel completely at home and shared wonderful stories about the history of the hotel, as well as many interesting insights about India. Her warmth and hospitality made a lasting impression on us. The overall hospitality throughout the hotel was fantastic. We were especially grateful for the assistance we received when our flight was cancelled. The support and follow-up we got from the hotel—right up until we were safely back in Belgium—were unbelievable. This level of care is something we will never forget. Because of all the help, kindness, and professionalism shown by every member of the staff, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. Everything things is good service with room

Everything was perfect The hotel is newly renovated and service are amazing. The gentleman at the desk also booked me trips for Agra and Jaipur. They are cheaper than Viator or Get Your Guide. Agra tour was perfect vip treatment, no waiting in the massive line. Jaipur was so so and the driver too.

I booked this hotel as I had landed in Delhi and was going to be flying out the next day, so this hotel was very close to the airport by Uber. The rooms were clean, and I had a very comfortable stay even though it was for just one night.

Location for the airport was ideal. Restaurant was very good. Staff were very helpful and Hotel was nice and clean with a nice decent size room.

a beautiful welcoming hotel. a true oasis in the midst of Delhi the staff were all warm and welcoming with smiles and helpful service. Khushboo warm and extremely helpful made sure all our needs were met🙏🏻 the rooms were beautiful well kept and breakfast was amazing and rich. the gym well air conditioned and great.
