Well groomed staff at the desk and at the restaurant. Excellent room that offers breath taking view of the Jaisalmer fort. The rooftop restaurant provides romantic ambience. Food was awesome and amazing.

What didn't we like? Everything was great at Dera. It was very silent, the staff was super attentive, the rooms are very clean. The staff suggested a great driver to drive us around Jaipur for a full day and a fair price. 10/10, would stay here again!

Built over 175 years ago within the city of Jaipur as the royal family manor, Samode Haveli reflects the style and elegance of the royals. A special feature of the Haveli is the elephant ramp. The pool and restaurant/bar were outstanding, as were the staff. Can't say enough about the beautiful decor--the antique photos and the artworks. We took an early morning walking tour of some of the key markets and temples which was arranged by the hotel and it was epic--a great way to be introduced to Jaipur and a lifetime memory for sure!

A historical hotel and no tipping just a box to put in at the end. Entry and departure procedures excellent. Great boat crew to welcome us. Lovely views of the city at night time. Polite and helpful staff. Interesting historical tour of the hotel. Lovely evening dance performance.
