Everything, location, location, location....no15 bus to Reykjavik just down the street,,,we were a party of 5 so cooking was very important for us...the quality of kitchen equipment was top class ,house very warm as it was -12 outside,quality of beds was10/10...the view was a postcard....I'm glad I found this little gem,contacting host was simple and fast.....we stayed for 6 nights

Σε ακτίνα 19 χλμ από Εκκλησία Hallgrimskirkja και 19 χλμ από Solfar Sun Voyager, το Black diamond villa διαθέτει δωρεάν WiFi και βεράντα. It is a lovely house. Decoration is beautiful, the kitchen is great and the house is very confortable. It is not that far from Reykiavik but it is in an isolated and relaxed area.

Το Nýlegur sumarbústaður/friðsæld είναι ένα κατάλυμα με κήπο και βεράντα. Location was close to Thingvellir (25 min out) and also close to most north/western part of the island (30min) which was great to be closer to the ocean and other towns. The house was super cute and modern with heated floors (I think). The kitchen had all the extras you could need to cook or eat with a well-stocked pantry. There was also an outdoor seating are and jacuzzi which we didn't get to use but I imagine it would be nice to sit there. It was super windy outside so the noise is kind of scary but the house did not blow away in the end hahah. it was a great stay and very comfortable place!!!

Το The Oak house - Designers private Northern lights geothermal Villa έχει θέα στο βουνό και προσφέρει βεράντα και μπαλκόνι. Beautiful home just outside of Reykjavík with an amazing hot tub and sauna. The house was super clean and cosy with everything you could possibly need. Agla and Haffy were amazing hosts - so responsive and helpful with everything we needed.

Το Hvammsvík Nature Resort διαθέτει αίθουσα γυμναστικής, κήπο, ιδιωτική παραλία και κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge, στον προορισμό Kjósahreppur. Everything was fantastic. We stayed in the Clubhouse. Stunning views, lovely kitchen to cook a delicious dinner. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The springs were magical and the restaurant (seafood soup!!) was delicious. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, we had the northern lights on New Year’s Eve. Thank you for a wonderful visit. Trip of a lifetime!

Το Lovely Cabin in the Capital Area with hot tube είναι ένα κατάλυμα στο Χαφναρφιόρδουρ, σε απόσταση 14 χλμ από The Pearl και 16 χλμ από Εκκλησία Hallgrimskirkja. We are very impressed with the cabin. Worth every penny! We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely come back for longer stay!

Hotel Vellir is a 3-star property situated on the outskirts of the capital city and only 36 km from the airport. Ικανοποιητικό πρωινό, με φρεσκο και ζεστο ψωμί.Το προσωπικο πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό.

Of the ten locations we stayed in Iceland this was our favourite. If I could give it 11 ot of 10 I would. It is the kind of place I would move to Iceland to live in. Beautiful scenery; quiet - you could not tell that you were 10 minutes from central Reykjaiv. You feel like you are a millionaire - beautiful beach to stroll along; horses to pet a golf course to walk around. There is even a sauna and hot tubs. The room was great with a lovely en-suite.

Also I've got very quick answer from owner, about check-in instructions, by phone and via booking.com. Price was very good, especially comparing to other Iceland hotels, good breakfast was included as a present. Room spacious, beds comfortable, all clean. There was kettle in the room and some tea and coffee bags, nice. There are KFC and BONUS store nearby. Recommend this hotel!
