Mauro, the driver is very helpful with tourists, offering his local knowledge of the history of Naples and places of interest. He is also a very gentle person, like all the other employees,including reception staff, chambermaids and waiters. My next visit to Naples will definitely be at Gold Tower Lifestyle Hotel.

Speaking German, English, Spanish and French, staff are willing to help at the 24-hour front desk. the room was perfect for a family with 2 teenagers. great view, nice terrace on the pool; water was a little cold, but I expected that in March :) breakfast was great, dinner served at restaurant too. nice hotel bar ... and other places to eat within walking distance. train station conveniently placed for trips to Sorrento, Pompeii or Napoli (local line Circumvesuviana). last but not least, personell very kind and helpful. ... and price (in March) was reasonable.
