The fantastic women at the reception could not make our stay better, all our wishes were fullfilled and all assistance we asked for was given. Always friendly and smiling. We got a whatsup each day and they were asking if we need something. The pool was great, the hotel was very very clean and the location was in a quite place, but still in the very center of Livorno. If you are looking for an accomodation in Livorno, do not hesitate to book Agave in Citta. Better you do no get.

Apartment rooms are very clean and modern , location is amazing,staff is very friendly and also supportive - we asked for a baby chair and we been offered with one , we asked for later checkout due to our train scheduled and we been offered for stay for extra time since we were travelling with little baby. laundary room was a nice bonus and also complementary breakfast on the morning of our check-out

The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable — a true breath of fresh air. The whole hotel had a calm, well-kept atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Everyone we interacted with was kind and efficient, and even though we could only stay one night (as they were fully booked after), we would have happily stayed longer. Also worth mentioning — the prices for poolside snacks and drinks were fair and reasonable, which is refreshing to see at a hotel, especially after such a last-minute booking. The property was filled with trees and flowers that smelled so good. This stay turned our day around and reminded us what good hospitality looks like. Highly recommend!

The lady at the front desk was extremely welcoming and kind to us. She gave us a lot of advice on activities in the area which was very helpful as we aren’t from here. The room was very clean and nice to stay in especially for the prices! The food at the restaurant was also to die for!
