Amare Il Mare is more than a charming, comfortable, room with an amazing view of the sea. It is an inspired concept - a dream that Cinzia, the proprietor conceptualised and runs extremely well. It is centrally located - near the bus stop to the Corniglia train station, the restaurants like Cecio and Bakery, the village, and the St. Peter’s Catholic Church. I really appreciate the super clean room and bathroom. Cinzia thought about what a guest would need such as a working air-conditioner, a small refrigerator, a working water heater (that is easy to operate), an easy-to-use clothes steamer, a small safe, and coffee/chocolate maker. The room also comes with a thoughtful toiletry kit, bedroom slippers, tapis for the beach, wine with glasses for toasting, naturale and frizzante water, cornetto and other snacks. This property has a lot of amenities sometimes better than a 5-star hotel. I mean, the bathroom even has Chormotherapy lights. Cinzia and husband, Roberto even picked us from and to the train station which is really thoughtful. Thank you for the lovely stay! We hope we can return again to this property.

Το La Vignana - 5 Terre βρίσκεται στο Λεβάντο, σε απόσταση 39 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Casa Carbone και παρέχει καταλύματα με κήπο, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge και... We had a great time. Paola, the owner, was there everyday taking care of every detail and gave us valuable information of the area. Breakfast was excellent. The room was very comfortable, modern and felt like new every day. The view from the hotel is beautiful. Cinque Terre (the famous 5 towns connected by trails, sea and train) are worth visiting, a little crowded, but nice. Two or 3 days top are enough for that, you can by a 2 or 3 day train pass for that. The marble mines at Carrara are just 30-40 minutes away and are amazing, a must if you are in the area. Another town worth going to for a day was Lucca, a very old town and not so crowded. If you stay at la Vignana a car is a must, Paola provided us with a card for free parking by the Levanto train station, just north of Cinque Terre and a 5-10 minute drive from the hotel. Levanto itself is a very nice town, with good restaurants and places for a walk along the beach and through old train tunnels to the next town up north: Bonassola. There are a lot of comments about the final road leading to La Vignana. It is a little narrow and looks intimidating at first, but it is safe and easy to drive up to the parking, just do it slowly. We were driving the european version of a Ford Escape and did not have any problems, even with heavy rain.

This space offers a lovely retreat from the busy touristy areas while still being easy to access to explore the surrounding towns by train or the hiking paths! The staff were all beyond accommodating including adjusting the contents of our fridge to our tastes and helping extend our stay due to a train strike!

The accommodation is beautiful, modern and private. The location is perfect with spectacular views. Guests have access to several terraces, granting you unobstructed and panoramic ocean and city views. The minibar is refilled daily with complimentary drinks (including beer), and our welcome gift was a bottle of Prosecco, which we enjoyed on one of the terraces during sunset. The staff is very helpful and friendly and go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised and can highly recommend Crêuza de Mä.
