This new hotel is fabulous. Right in the heart of Florence's shopping district and surrounded by history and art. We loved it, it was so elegant, nice to find a touch of glamour as so many modern hotels are rather dull. La Gemma delivers 5* quality from dawn to dusk. Nothing is too much trouble the staff are amazing, especially Gian Luca the hospitality manager, and Boldo the mixologist, made incredible cocktails for us. The food was out of this world, truly worthy of a Michelin* in my opinion. Beautifully presented plates and sleek service in the beautifully designed restaurant LUCA's. Even breakfast was a gourmet affair, with everything cooked fresh to order from an impressive menu, they catered for my gluten-free diet brilliantly. I had the best Eggs Benedict on the planet. All in all, La Gemma personifies Florence...glamorous, and beautiful, where one visit is never enough. We will be back.

Agave in Città se encuentra en Livorno, a 7 min a pie de Puerto de Livorno, y ofrece servicio de conserjería, habitaciones hipoalergénicas, bicicletas gratis, wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento y... This place was spectacular! Our travel group was three generations of extended family, 15 of us in total, with a variety of travel desires/needs. Everyone loved Agave in Citta! The kids were obsessed with the pool, our fancier members were very impressed with the stunning atmosphere and overall design of the hotel. The optional breakfast came in handy several times, the location was excellent, free umbrellas saved the day for our walking tour in the rain, and the staff was incredibly hospitable and helpful at every turn. The private rooftop hot tub (for one of the rooms) was magical; the Superior Deluxe room was ENORMOUS and fit all 15 of us comfortably for chatting and games. Back to the pool - having an indoor heated pool was a huge perk, and it was much larger than we expected (not huge, but we've experienced dinky pools made to look larger in photos - this was not the case at Agave in Citta).

This hotel is my favorite in Florence. I come to Florence 3-5 times a year, and this is my first choice every time, unless there is no room. The hotel is TOP 1 in my heart in terms of service, breakfast, and various facilities. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is just excellent. The stuff is very friendly, everything is shining, room service was just perfect. The spa and pool was very clean and neat. The location is very convenient, close to all the main sights, though the neighborhood is very quiet.

Il castelluccio es como dijo mi pareja, INSUPERABLE! Hermosisima habitacion suite, la cama muy muy comoda, ha sido un placer descansar ahi. Nos esperaron con una super degustacion de fiambres en la habitacion dado que llegamos tarde para la cena. El Leon Bianco data del siglo XI y se encuentra en la Piazza della Cisterna, una de las plazas principales de San Gimignano. Ubicación inmejorable, en la Plaza de la Cisterna. Todo el esplendor de la ciudad a nuestro alcance!!Las indicaciones que había recibido para llegar en auto fueron absolutamente precisas. Personal muy atento. Habitación excelente con todas las comodidades. Desayuno en un lugar muy acogedor y completísimo
