Awesome hotel, excellent location, adorable view. The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. Located only 2 minutes drive from the waterfallr, the best way i can describe the room is, As close to a modern hotel room as you will ever find. It is really well decorated, 100% clean with a very comfortable bed, a good shower and lots of hot water. The complementary coffee was a nice touch, and having an electric kettle for the cup of tea was great. We reallyvenjiyed the outside area and having the table and chairs was great. There is plenty of offroad parking on the opposite side of the road. Delighted with our stay here.

This was the most breathtaking and magical place. I feel like we walked into a fairytale from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was very clean, the food was wonderful and the location was simply heavenly. If you're considering staying do it, a once in a lifetime experience.
