Rooms at Nikis Resort come with a flat-screen TV, a minibar and heating. The private bathroom includes a hairdryer and free toiletries. It was a beautiful place, with its flaws, which in the end could not prevent a great time and enjoying the magnificent nature. The location and the views from the windows and terraces are just great. The staff also deserves special praise as everyone was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Every question we had did not go unanswered. The check in process was extremely easy and quick. The room is beautifully furnished and very authentic. The surrounding area is more than conducive to leisurely strolls as well as some activities that are at your disposal right on the hotel grounds. Definitely a place to stay for at least three nights. The breakfast is excellent. The restaurant menu is well worth a look. Although the service in the restaurant is a bit complicated in my opinion, that does not change the fact that everything is done to a high standard. Definitely I would recommend this hotel!

La Terrazza boasts a brand-new wellness centre, featuring Turkish bath, sauna, hydromassage, emotional showers, relax zone, solarium, massages and beauty treatments. Sessions in the wellness centre can be booked on site. It has the best pool on our travels to date. They let us check in really early. The room had an amazing view over the Umbria Valley. On the morning we left they let us start our breakfast 30 minutes early.

The units at the farm stay feature private entrance and soundproofing so guests can enjoy a peaceful stay. All units are equipped with a private bathroom equipped with a bidet and slippers, while selected rooms come with a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a fridge. At the farm stay, the units have bed linen and towels.

The farm stay boasts a variety of wellness options, including a hot tub, a public bath and yoga classes. Guests can relax in the garden at the property. We enjoyed our stay so much and we will definitely be back. Rustic exteriors and interiors filled with details in a modern Italian feel, super-attentive and warm hosts, lovely breakfast with fruit from their property. We even liked the art work!

The suite was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was super cozy, and all the small details were extremely well thought. Cristina was an incredible host: warm, attentive, and kind. The location couldn’t be better, right in the center of the stunning historic town, full of charm and character. It’s peaceful, authentic, and the perfect place to experience the local atmosphere.
