The property was clean and quite, a wonderful location for a family getaway, vacation spot even great for a honeymoon if you request a chef. in all, it was worth the money, well kept, clean and fresh, wonderful host and a great location.

Prior, we spent weeks reading reviews about properties in the area but kept going back to Mystic Ridge Paradise since they have the best ratings in the area. We made the reservation after which, we contacted the host. Charmaine was and is exceptional! She responded to us at 1:00am that morning, expressing how thankful she was that we chose her place. Charmaine maintained contact with us through out the weeks prior to our arrival. She even assisted us with getting transportation. She connected us with Jermaine who’s an extremely patient, pleasant, helpful and professional driver. When we arrived at the apartment, it exceeded our expectations. The apartment is modern, cozy, extremely clean and just right for a family with small children. We really liked the open concept kitchen. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we slept really well during our stay. We are truly grateful for your help, professionalism and care during our stay Charmaine. Please continue the great work that you and Lisa are doing to give guests wonderful experiences at your property. We will definitely visit Mystic Ridge Paradise again.

What a lovely place - we loved it and are looking forward to going back! Food was lovely, staff outstanding (especially the singing omelette chef at breakfast, who is an absolute star!) and we really enjoyed everything about the place.

El Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay - Adults Only All Inclusive está situado a poca distancia a pie de la playa de Runaway Bay y cuenta con piscina al aire libre, pista de tenis, discoteca y varias... All of it! The staff were friendly, helpful & wecoming! There was a leak in the bathroom that was dealt with quickly, and there was an offer of another room if it couldn't be fixed! The manager Carlos (11/10) went above and beyond to help me solve a situation that could have been a disaster. I'm very thankful!

Spotlessly clean throughout the property. Best restaurant in Ocho Rios by far. Excellent value for the price paid. Terrific, kind and helpful staff from the front desk to the groundskeepers.
