Beautiful hotel, we paid for had a room that looked over the pool and then out to the sea, which was amazing. The beach lifeguard was very helpful with the beach chairs and umbrellas and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was very good.

Communication was excellent from the start. I booked my stay just a day before arriving and was worried it might be too late to arrange any tours, but the owner organized everything perfectly. When I arrived at the meeting point, he guided me to a free parking spot for my car, and then we headed to the camp. In less than an hour, he arranged a 4-hour desert tour and an evening tea trip in the desert with a small group. After the tours, they hosted a beautiful dinner show, it was not only entertaining but also incredibly delicious! Our guide and the entire staff were friendly and genuinely helpful. I felt completely safe and comfortable the whole time, even as a solo traveler. The bubble tent I stayed in was clean and had a very comfortable mattress. Highly recommend!

The camp is run by a huge family and they make sure the guests get the best impressions from Wadi Rum. We stayed at a bubble tent; it was clean and the beds surprisingly comfortable. The dinner cooked under the sand was delicious and sitting together around the fire afterwards under the stars was a perfect end. Unfortunately we could stay for just one night, but Emad made sure we got the best out of the short time.
