Exceptional, very clean, hotel staff were very helpful, especially ahmad and osama, they were very caring for my wife and I from the first moment we arrived and became even more caring and accommodating when we told them she is pregnant, gave us great advice about visiting Petra given her situation . location was perfect. Such a wonderful hotel we wish we could have stayed longer to get a longer experience

I was very kindly welcomed by Firas and his colleague. They recommended me stuff and they took plenty of their time to explain me Petra, Jordan and the culture. We had long discussions about anything! I have never ever had such a good hotel experience! And I stayed at 5 star hotels like Hyatt before! I highly recommend Sunset hotel, because of the exceptional staff!!

Great Host he gave us tips about everything, sent us locations of places of our interest and was really nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Even though it was really cold at the time of our stay, the room was warm.There was very nice spot at the rooftop to eat breakfast, or just enjoy the view. Safe parking lot in front of the apartment.

The plane was immaculate. The staff were super friendly and accommodating especially mousa and hazem , both individuals were polite, professional and helpful. I would definitely stay here again .

The room was clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We had breakfast each morning which had several options. We also were pleasantly surprised that the hotel packed us lunches for the day that we were able to take with us into Petra. The staff was superb, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Front desk helped us arrange a message at a Turkish Bath in the area with a driver to and from. Had a great stay and would recommend and will return to in future.

Superb customer service. Mr. Zeyad (general manager) was very welcoming and helped cater for our needs. The rooms were clean and had a fantastic view of the city. The facilities were of a high quality. The swimming pool is cool , much needed after a long walk in Petra. I will definitely come here next time!
